Changing email address for an active user
If the user has gotten a new email address or want to use a different one, do the following:
- Click Admin in the menu.
- Select Users.
- Search for the employee in the search bar.
- Click on the pen symbol (edit) on the correct user.
- Change the email and hit Save.
The employee can now log in with the new email address added.
Changing your own email address
You can at any point in time change your own email adress. Do the following:
- Log in with the old email address.
- Click your name in the top right corner and click Profile.
- In the About-menu, scroll down till you see E-mail (username). Change the email.
- Hit Save.
- You will now receive a confirmation email. Open the link and confirm your new email.
